At the conclusion of the StaRN Residency Program, each resident (with guidance from their mentor), has the opportunity to work on an evidence-based capstone project. The capstone project consists of a poster that presents a PICO(T) guided clinical question and includes an overview of the evidence review and recommendations for practice.
